SAAN sounds like the “sun” and is filled with deep symbolic meaning, full of energy, light, and transformation. The garden concept is based on the principle of intertwining, combining the symbiosis of natural and industrial elements, as well as the Scandinavian and Japanese “Japandi” style.
The garden has two levels: the lower level features the main lobby, a cozy seating area, a children's playground, and access to Udelny Park. An accent staircase leads to the upper level, the main part of the garden, with an ensemble of plants. Upstairs, we encounter an unexpected garden feature: a tree island, along with a restaurant gallery.
Our Scandinavian garden caters to the need for privacy: on one side, a mirror pond invites you to a leisurely stroll along the water's edge, while on the other, a canopy offers a place to sit on a swing and admire the softly shimmering reflections and playful sunlight.
The central theme of this complex is the concept of light dominance and the expressiveness of forms. We considered minimalist lighting seamlessly integrated into the greenery, along with art pieces that enhance the landscape. The diverse environmental scenarios provide everyone with the chance to achieve a harmonious state of mind, and the carefully crafted, stylish, and creative living environment is imbued with meaning in every detail.
