The entrance group with the village sales office has become its symbol squared, confirming the love for Scandinavian nature, which is allowed to prevail here. There is a landscape that you merely observe. This one invites you to enter it and start playing with levels, views, and routes.
The time spent in the entrance group area prefaces and concludes a visit to the village. Here, the atmosphere and style of this place, created for fans of Nordic architecture and gardens of states, are strong.
We separated the entrance group from the roadway with pine trees, planting them on recreated hills. It has several functions: parking, a transit car path, and the beginning of a park alley.
In good weather, many prefer to discuss deal details in an open-air area with a cup of aromatic tea. On a wooden deck, ceremoniously raised above the ground, a tent, a table, and garden sofas are displayed. While adults communicate, children play nearby and ride scooters around an oval bench with a flower bed inside.
Residents have come to love this area for relaxation. They've got their own green club living room with decor made of cereals, boulders, and tall grasses.
The forest in the village is coniferous, wild, crossing the territory in the central part. We preserved the most beautiful massifs and created a walking alley around them. We cleared paths where possible without harming forest life, and also planted young trees.
We haven't seen such extensive running tracks, ski and roller trails with a real forest environment in any other village, nor have we heard such technological acoustics with birdsong.
