The buildings were designed by SPEECH architectural bureau. The affluent residential complex is situated on the banks of the Moskva River. Exactly the river was the ground zero for the location concept. We created the landscaping to resemble a wave, representing the river and enhanced the concept with natural materials in warm tones. The greenery of the area, much like an embrace, encircles and invigorates the zones within the complex.
The project is split into inner and outer areas. The inner courtyard area is designed for quiet and secluded relaxation. The courtyard is gathered around a boomerang-shaped pergola that functions as a promenade, its green arcade corridor heads to three recreational areas: a kid area, an area for reading, and one for active games. The courtyard also features an amphitheater, which enhances the overall design of the area and is highlighted by the surrounding scenery. The outer area faces the embankment and is therefore equipped with sports grounds and places to enjoy the view.
