The residential complex is formed by two towers with clear geometry and modern form. Their closed courtyard transformed from a utilitarian space with a lawn and solitary trees into a meadow. The favorite elements of our urban meadow are Nordic stones and boulders brought from Karelia. The garden remains interesting even in cloudy weather and during periods when there is no lush flowering. It is cozy in every zone, as we took care of small areas and compositions.
We lacked soil, as the yard was essentially the roof of an underground parking garage. Therefore, we added a 20 cm layer of fertile soil and softened the lines. The landscape with unpredictable terrain, hills, winding paths, large trees, and tall grasses became more natural.
Our Scandinavian landscape managed to create a change of plans, views, moods, and states. In such an environment, people feel more relaxed, more sentimental, and not in a hurry. They find it very pleasant to simply go out into the yard and spend time there.
We also used lower-level lighting that is atypical for residential complexes, enhancing the overall look. By the way, thanks to the landscaping, not only did the quality of the environment improve, but also the value of the real estate. Plus, the technologically simplified maintenance does not burden the developer and does not increase service costs for residents.
