We deliberately raised the terrain in places, creating scenic drops via man-made hills topped with wild vegetation, arranged around architectural elements that blend into the surrounding nature.
The project sits alongside the Scandinavian garden® at the neighboring SET.1 complex, also created for MR developer, continuing the idea of bringing different eras and values together.
A distinctive feature of this landscape garden lies in its color contrast. The buildings are clad in warm terracotta, while the courtyard glows golden — an echo of an autumn forest. We decided to maintain this effect year-round with special spotlights. We place them on the main crowns of trees on weekends and holidays. Filled with evening light — rich with yellow and orange — the courtyard takes on the magic of an autumn forest. It fills the space with comfort and warmth, no matter the day. This is how we craft a unique experience — one that every resident and guest truly feels.
