SAAN sounds like the "sun" and is filled with deep symbolic meaning, full of energy, light, and transformation. The garden concept is based on the principle of intertwining and symbiosis of natural and industrial, the Scandinavian and Japanese ("Japandi" style).
The garden has two levels. The lower level features the main lobby, a cozy seating area, a children's playground, and access to Udelny Park. The upper level features restaurants. You can get there via a wide staircase or a ramp, which is lined with an abundance of plants and flowers, feels like a walk through a meadow, and leads to one of the most unexpected features: a tree island.
Our Scandinavian garden caters to the need for privacy. On one side — a mirror pond invites you to a leisurely stroll along the water's edge, while on the other — a canopy offers a place to sit on a swing and admire the softly shimmering reflections and playful sunlight.
The central theme of this complex is the concept of light dominance and the expressiveness of forms. We designed the lighting to complement the landscape narrative. We also enhanced the concept of the place with objets d’art. The diverse environmental scenarios provide everyone with the chance to achieve a harmonious state of mind, and the carefully crafted, stylish, and creative living environment is imbued with meaning in every detail.
