Mood and intrigue are waiting for you at the beginning of the journey: you are at a resting point, and ahead there is changing light, birds, wind in the trees, paths you want to walk along and find out what surprises there, around the corner.
The entrance structures including the sales office symbolize the entire villa community, reaffirming that the love of Scandinavian nature is permitted to prevail here. Some landscapes are only for observing. But this one also invites you to enter it and start playing with levels, views, and routes.
A visit to the community begins and ends with time spent at the entrance area. This is a place built for people who genuinely love Nordic architecture and gardens with mood — and that comes through everywhere.
We fenced off the entrance area from the roadway with pine trees planted on recreated hills. It is multifunctional and serves as a parking lot, the start of a parkway, and a transit car route.
In good weather, people would rather sit outside, drink tea and talk business. The wooden deck with garden sofas, a table, and an awning is raised above the ground. Children play and ride scooters around an oval bench with a flower garden inside while the parents socialize.
Residents love this spot for downtime — their own green lounge, decorated with ornamental grasses, boulders, and tall meadow plants.
The forest on the community land, coniferous and wild, crosses the territory in the central part. We kept the most beautiful forestry and ran a walkway around them. Where possible, we cleared paths through the forest without harming its ecosystem, and replanted young saplings.
We haven't come across race, ski, and rollerblading tracks this long anywhere else set within a real forest — complete with an ambient sound system that plays birdsong.
