The 'Sky-Blue' Garden is located in Moscow-City, on the sixth floor of the Top Tower skyscraper. The primary landscaping of this project is concentrated on the viewing terrace that frames the building. Business people live and work here, looking for a comfortable, green setting and a genuine source of energy that offers resources around the clock.

The garden's design drew inspiration from the tower's aerodynamic architecture — the softly curved façade gives the impression of liquid metal. Landscaping features smooth transitions rather than sharp boundaries — in paving and lighting, in the outlines of paths and recreation areas, and in canopies protecting against rain and sun. Gradient shades transitioning from violet to deep blue highlight the space's fluidity, while polished stainless steel sculptural elements contribute to a feeling of lightness and altitude weightlessness. These forms also complement the aesthetic of the place and offer versatility of use: planters and mobile structures can be moved, allowing the space to be adjusted for various events and seasons.

The project's challenge is due to the extreme climate conditions for plants Sunburn from glass façades, drying winds, absence of snow cover, temperature fluctuations, and aridity. It's no coincidence that there are few trees in the Moscow City area. The landscaping was chosen with the harsh microclimate in mind: pow-growing grasses, hardy shrubs, and conifers, positioned in areas with optimal sunlight and shielded from reflected light predominate here.

Throughout the day, the garden offers different scenarios. In the morning yoga is practiced, during the day, conferences and business meetings take place in restaurants, and in the evening, people stroll by the pond. Close by is a year-round glasshouse where you can seek shelter from the cold or wind while still staying in touch with wildlife.

This garden is a public space elevated to an altitude where life once couldn't exist. Designed for those who work and reside in the Moscow City, it offers a chance to pause, breathe, and realize that nature can thrive even in the heart of an urban landscape.
