HideOut
A green oasis in the historical heart of St. Petersburg. Advanced and wild at the same time. Its destiny is to become one of the city's most fashionable landmarks.

We started by studying the site's rich historical context. The history of the quarter now known as Hideout dates back to 1738. This location holds over 20 notable facts from the history of the Imperial Naval Guards crew, ranging from royal weddings and coronations to the Decembrist uprising. Bakeries and art workshops were once located here. These businesses continue to exist in their modern format today. Here you'll find a restaurant, a sports studio, a home decor gallery, and clothing brands.

Drawing inspiration from the rich tapestry of life here through the ages, we set out to reimagine how modern city dwellers live and connect with their surroundings. We gave the place new purpose and a new look, blending our Scandinavian style with eclectic touches — and infusing every element with metaphor. Neolines serves as a tribute to the architecture of Zaha Hadid. Concrete and brass become co-founders of the landscape. The hills' fluid forms beckon thought. Thus appeared green small islands with distinctive forms and unconventional terrain.

This park will make anyone an explorer. The landscape bursts with a riot of color during spring and fall. Palmatum Maple, Lamarck’s Juneberry, Pines, Hawthorns, and Hazels. If you would like to feel the tranquility vibe, you just have to walk a little further and trust the place. You’ll find yourself surrounded by trees — as if this garden has been here for years. Their crowns tenderly shelter you and give you some rest minutes away from the urban bustle.
