The Moskva River-inspired landscape rolls through aesthetically pleasing modern architecture. It surrounds and enlivens the areas of the complex like an embrace.
The buildings were designed by SPEECH architectural bureau. The affluent residential complex is situated on the banks of the Moskva River. Exactly the river was the ground zero for the location concept.
We created the landscaping to resemble a wave, representing the river and enhanced the concept with natural materials in warm tones. The greenery of the area, much like an embrace, encircles and invigorates the zones within the complex.
The project is split into two landscape areas: the inner courtyard and the complex's exterior grounds. The inner courtyard area is designed for quiet and secluded relaxation. A curved pergola anchors the space and performs one of the core functions of a Scandinavian garden®. It functions as a promenade, its green arcade corridor heads to recreational areas: a kid area, some secluded area, and one for active games. The courtyard also boasts an amphitheater, where Karelian boulders and a well-kept landscape bring out the unique character of the space. The outer area faces the embankment and is therefore equipped with sports grounds and spots to fully enjoy the grandeur of the capital's main river and its scenic views.
