It happens that a piece of art leaves the viewer unimpressed. It does have color, shape, and original idea, but no emotion. Indifference can’t root a relationship. So when we design gardens for residential communities, we're always asking: how can we contribute to new experiences, and interaction?
Since the yard was actually the roof of an underground parking garage, we were short on land. So we added a 20 cm layer of fertile soil and softened the lines. The scenery got increasingly natural, with winding hills, meandering trails, big trees, and towering grasses.
Our Scandinavian landscape has managed to embody a change of plans, views, moods, and states. People feel more relaxed, nostalgic, and unhurried in such environments. They really enjoy just getting out in the yard and spending time there.
Additionally, we upgraded the scene by using a lower light, which is non-typical for residential complexes. Incidentally, this improvement not only raised the standard of the environment but increased the value of real estate. Plus, innovative small-scale care doesn’t burden the developer or increase handling costs for residents.
